Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager - Surigao
The jobholder shall be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the overall compensation and benefits programs and policies of the company.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. In charge of the formulation of policies, procedures and programs for compensation, benefits and rewards
2. Design, evaluate ad modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with DOLE / statutory requirements.
3. Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and interface HR functions relating to talent acquisition, employment training, labor and employee relations
4. Vendor management, i.e: HMO, Medical / Hospital laboratory, food services, transportation or relocation services in coordination with General Services
5. Study DOLE/NTWPB wage orders / legislation, BLRC arbitration decisions and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends in mining
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Accounting, Business Management / Human Resource Management
At least 6-8 years progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits gaines from manufacturing, mining and/ or labor intensive companies.
