TALENT ACQUISITION ASSISTANT MANAGER
The jobholder shall be responsible for the implementation and coordination of all recruitment activities. He shall also be responsible for coordinating with department heads for calibration and job evaluation.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Accurate formulation of job description as requested by different department heads.
2. Successful implementation of recruitment initiatives including the conduct of convential and non-conventional sourcing activities.
3. Effective candidate management.
4. Perform in depth interviews to secure relevant informations and candidate suitability
5. Facilitates job-offers while working closely with the Compensation and Benefits team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Business Management / Human Resources
At least 6-8 years experience in technical recruitment
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN SURIGAO
